Refrain from negative/demeaning/ugly name-calling (no zaps, put downs, hostile analysis)
Support and encourage one another to be ourselves, to accept others' culture and to challenge our perceptions about difference
Encourage dialogue by doing the following: 1) Suspend judgment; 2) Listen; 3) Uncover assumptions; 4) Inquire and reflect
